Shipping time

Our product price includes shipping cost, usually we will use the fastest shipping method (FedEx), after you confirm the product video message, it usually takes 1-5 days for us to deliver (so please be sure to check and reply our customer messages via email or Whatsapp).

When FedEx can not deliver, we will choose USPS or UPS.

Tracking a Parcel

Once the package is shipped, we will send you a shipping photo, tracking number and site. 

Note: For tracking number, it may take a few days to activate on the tracking site. We will upload the waybill number to the website, click on your order to view the logistics. Alternatively we will send you the site to view the logistics and tracking number.

NOTE: Shipping times may be affected during public holidays as manufacturers and couriers will be restricting their operations during these times. Unfortunately, this is beyond our control, but we will do our best to improve this issue. We will always track your logistics and we value every order.

Delivery Address Policy

We strive to ensure a smooth and efficient delivery process for all of our customers. In order to achieve this goal, it is critical that accurate shipping information is provided at the time an order is placed. This policy outlines our position on inaccurate shipping addresses and the customer's responsibilities in such cases. 1. If the address is incorrect

Delivery cannot be made

We are not responsible for lost or destroyed packages if they are undeliverable due to an incorrect or insufficient shipping address provided by the customer.

b. In this case, if the parcel is returned to us by the shipping company, the customer will be responsible for paying any additional shipping costs required to resend the parcel to the correct address.

2. Address

CorrectionIf the Customer realizes after placing an order that the shipping address he/she has provided is incorrect, he/she should contact our Customer Support team immediately.

b. Depending on the stage of order processing, we will make reasonable efforts to update the address (if possible). However, we cannot guarantee that the address can be corrected, especially if the package has already been shipped.

Our commitment to a transparent shipping process is reinforced by the tracking number, which serves as a verifiable record of package delivery. If the tracking information indicates that the package was successfully delivered to the address provided at the time of ordering, we are not responsible for any claims of non-receipt.

3. Address Accuracy:

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the accuracy of the shipping address provided at the time the order was placed. We will ship the order to the exact address provided by the customer and will not be responsible for any problems arising from an inaccurate address provided.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 14 days of receiving it, provided the product is unused and in the same condition as when you received it, including the original packaging.

To initiate a return, please send an email to r4c.lhikdl3t@gmail.com. We will provide you with the return address and further instructions on how to proceed.

Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund within 2–3 business days. Please note that the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment method.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method when returning items, as we cannot be responsible for packages lost in transit.
